John followed a detailed routine and informed us and annotated in his report every single detail, no matter how small they were. He included plenty of photos for our reference and records, even if they were satisfactory or non issues. He was also very courteous and did not track in any dirt or make any messes, and he returned everything back to as it was before leaving.
